TRANSFIXED MOTION | THE TRANSITORY STILL

I'm delighted to have work from my Crash Markers series selected for Transfixed Motion | The Transitory Still.

The two notions of stillness and movement, and how these can powerfully conflict, contradict or compliment each other are the premise for the exhibition, which opens in April at the Sheffield Institute of Art and Design Gallery.

Curated by Esther Johnson and David Williams, the exhibition brings together a diverse group of 22 UK-based artists who incorporate moving image, photography and/or sound into their practice.

Private View: Thursday April 2
Runs: April 3-18, 2009
